If you’ve never trained before we recommended you do our special starter package. This is a 5 session package of tailored 1-on-1 personal training sessions designed to help familiarise you with training. Dependent on your goals, the sessions will teach you correct form, improve your strength and fitness and get you up to speed to join small group if that’s your goal.
At the end of your 5 sessions your trainer will give you an assessment of your fitness and you will have the option of continuing with one-on-one or starting group.
If you’ve done a bit of training before but had some time off we recommended you get back into training with our special starter package. This 5 session package of 1-on-1 personal training will ease you back into training, identify areas that need work but still push your limits (in a good way). At the end of your 5 sessions your trainer will give you an assessment of your fitness and you will have the option of continuing with 1-on-1 or starting group.
However, if you want to do group training from the start and you’re confident in your past abilities (we do modify exercises based on your abilities and limitations) we are happy for you to give group a go.
