Mums and Bubs
Aussie mums, we know how busy you are so we’ve designed a special 30 min HIIT (high intensity interval training) session just for you. This session is designed to help you get in shape and tone-up in the shortest time possible so you can have more day to get things done.
This session is run by a qualified mum (and personal trainer) for qualified mums. So she knows what it takes to tone that post baby body.
You’ll find the inspiration, motivation and support you’ve been looking for in this group along with a fun and energising workout.
Dedicated Kids Area
No need to try to figure out what to do with the kids while you train. With at dedicated childrens area at the studio you can just bring the kids along and let them play in the kids zone.
