Weight & Strength Training
In our weight and strength training group you are given your own personalised training program based on your experience and goals. You are taught how to perform each and every exercise in your program correctly and given a new program every 4-6 weeks.
We will help you with any questions you have on nutrition and supplements to ensure excellent progress.
There are no line-ups for weights, you always have a spotter and someone motivating you and you are always making progress due to professional guidance.
Men and Women
The weight training group is open to men and women of all fitness levels. The weights group is pressure free and intimidation free training. However, we do expect that you train hard and encourage each other.
Beginner to Advanced
Although its referred to it as group training the weights group is really personal training with a team atmosphere. Everyone in the group has their own personal weights program designed based on their training goals and experience.
Support and Motivation
One of the best things about training with a group is the push everyone gives you to be and do better. When you're ready to give up not just the trainer but the group will get behind you and help keep you going forward.
