Men and Women, Strictly No Meatheads
The weight training group is open to men and women of all fitness levels so we keep the meatheads out. The weights group is intimidation free training.
Beginner to Advanced
Although we refer to it as group training the weights group is really personal training with a team atmosphere. Everyone in the group has their own personal weights program designed based on their training goals and experience.
Learn to Train Safely
Everyone is personally taken through their training program, taught correct lifting technique and spotted so they learn how to do things safely and in the most effective way.
Support and Motivation
One of the best things about training with a group is the push everyone gives you to be and do better. When you're ready to give up not just the trainer but the group will get behind you and help keep you going forward.

The weights group is not about bravado and posers it's about people that want to learn to lift better, enjoy lifting and want to get stronger. We teach how to lift weights right. With the head trainer having trained numerous Australian national level athletes it is guaranteed that if you train in this group you will get strong.
