Are you looking to make a life change. Looking to make your start in getting into shape, getting fitter, getting stronger and learning how to train safely and correctly but want to do it in a group of like minded individuals? People starting at the same place, wanting to to share your experiences, complain about how hard your trainer made you work and how great you felt at the other end. Join our 6 week beginner friendly small fitness training group. Where we will teach you everything you need to know on how to train safely with both resistance and cardio equipment.

The beginner group is trained by a degree qualified sport and exercise scientist. Group numbers are capped at a maximum of 8 people. Every exercise in the program has been selected to build on the exercises of the previous week to ensure there are no dangerous skill jumps and make your learn experience as fun and enjoyable as possible.Â

What Sort Of Training Will You Do
The Beginner group is programmed to provide an introduction to the major parts of fitness.
What will you cover in the beginner training program:
- How to perform a three stage warm-up
- Resistance training with machines, barbells and dumbbells (Free weights)
- Program and use your 6 major movement patterns
- HITT Cardio
- Foam roll
- Static stretching
Learn How to Train Safely
The number of individuals accepted into the beginner group is limited to 8. This ensures every individual in the group can be given all the attention they need whilst learning new skills and exercises.
Your trainer is a University Degree qualified Sport and Exercise Scientist with over 10 years experience training all levels of fitness from beginner to elite.
During the program you will find your strength and abilities will improve rapidly whilst you are gently pushed to reach beyond what you’ve done before.
You will get stronger, you will get fitter, you will become more flexible and you will achieve all this safely.
