Small Group Training
At Beach Fit Personal Training we focus on a variety of training styles and techniques to have you feeling healthier and looking great. From weight training, boxing, and kettlebells, to cardio routines, our Small Group Training focuses on providing a well-rounded approach to exercise.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve trained for years, or never picked up a barbell, all of our Small Group Training sessions are scaled to your level. The classes are small to ensure you feel supported and motivated by the Beach Fit team every step of the way.
Better than names and faces, our trainers take the time to understand everyone’s health history. Whether it’s previous injuries or ongoing conditions, we take the time to understand your level of capability and work with you to get great results safely.
