Body Building / Weight and Strength Training

Our Weight and Strength Training Group is open to everyone, of all fitness levels. Although we refer to it as group training, the Weight and Strength Training Group is really personal training with a team atmosphere. Everyone in the group has their own goals and unique program designed for them.
At Beach Fit Personal Training our experienced trainers will teach you how to perform each exercise in your program correctly and make adjustments as you progress. You are given your own personalised program based on your experience and goals, pressure and intimidation-free training guaranteed!

Small Group Training
