6 Week Mobility/Flexibility Training Camp

Beach Fit Personal Training’s mobility training camp is unlike any mobility or flexibility training you’ve ever participated in before. All up across the 6 weeks you’ll use approximately 30 different stretches, most of which you’ve probably never seen before. At the end of the program you’ll wonder how you ever coped being as tight and immobile as you were before you  started.

Those athletes who need to greatest mobility and strength throughout. Some of which were non-responders to traditional stretching techniques but needed to improve none the less.

How is It Different

WHO

It was found that many of the dance, pole and surf athletes we trained were not only extremely tight but also unresponsive to traditional flexibility training techniques.

WHY

The athletes needed to not only be more flexible but also be highly mobile and strong.

WHAT

This led to a number of new progressive training approaches. These techniques were then condensed down and built into an effective training system.

HOW

First you will use a combination of foam rolling and static stretches to achieve basic ranges. You will then perform a combination of weight assisted (progressive loaded) and proprio neuro facilitated (PNF) stretches to reduce the stretch reflex mechanism and pull you through your plateaus. Achieving flexibility levels you haven’t had since primary school. Then to ensure you keep those gains you will complete a number of active stretches to cement in the mobility gains.

The flexibility and mobility program used in this camp has the ability to rapidly improve your entire bodies ranges. With many people having participated in it previously.

During the program you will likely achieve ranges that you may not have been in for many years. Many people find some of these ranges surprising. However you will be taught what to feel for and how to listen to your body as you improve to ensure your safety.  

All improvements are only made as fast as the body allows to naturally occur. No stretches are forced and nothing we do is particularly painful. This ensures your safety and  that you walk out the studio door feeling better then when you walked in.
