Our weight training group is open to everyone, of all fitness levels. The weights group is pressure and intimidation-free training. All we ask is that participants train hard and encourage each other.
Beginner to Advanced
Although we refer to it as group training, the weights group is really personal training with a team atmosphere. Everyone in the group has their own goals, and personal weights training program designed to reflect them and their experience.
Support and Motivation
Our favourite part of training with a group is the support and motivation everyone gives to each other. When you’re ready to give up, you have not only the trainer, but the group to get you over the line.
